The downloadable files are zipped Microsoft Excel files. We chose MS Excel because:

- No installation is required

- Excel Files can be easily transferred to portable handhelds, PDAs or smartphones that support MS Office applications. This makes them available offline, anytime and anywhere, and they can be useful while you are with your doctor or while travelling.
