Baby’s Nail Care
Your new born baby’s nails are very delicate and hard to distinguish from surrounding skin if the baby is of fair complexion. Baby’s nails grow quite rapidly, and babies tend to touch their faces a lot. So trimming nails so that they don’t scratch themselves is important.
Many branded baby’s nail clippers are available which are designed to cut delicate nails. But be careful with the nail clipper’s design. It should offer clear visibility of the nail being cut. Do not buy clumsy nail clippers that make it difficult to see what it is cutting and prefer sleek ones with good grip.
Also take care that you are clipping the baby’s nails in good amount of light. You will need to check the growth of your baby’s nails every 2 days.
